As most of our services are personalized and time-bound, we request users to kindly review our refund policy below before booking:

1. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following services are non-refundable, once booked and scheduled:

  • Personalized Horoscope or Kundali Reports (PDF/Printed)
  • Astrology Consultations (Phone, Online, In-Person)
  • Kundali Matching Services
  • Online or Offline Puja Bookings
  • Pandit Ji Appointment Charges
  • Any service involving customized remedies, rituals, or analysis

2. Refund Eligibility (Under Special Circumstances Only)

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • If there is a double payment made for the same service
  • If the service was not delivered due to technical error or scheduling failure from our side
  • If the customer cancels a paid service before it is scheduled or initiated, and requests a refund within 24 hours of payment

In all such cases, the customer must email us at astroinsights.guru@gmail.com with payment proof and details.

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Disagreement

We do not offer refunds in cases where:

  • The customer disagrees with the astrological services
  • The customer decides not to proceed after service has begun
  • The service was completed as promised

Astrology is a spiritual science, and outcomes depend on multiple factors including personal effort, belief, karma, and time.

4. Refund Processing

  • All approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • AstroInsight.guru reserves the right to deduct transaction or processing charges, if applicable.
